Omens of Tyranny
This in-game update introduces new challenges as the Illuminate, ancient aliens equipped with advanced technology, launch another offensive against humanity. Players will face enhanced enemy units and brainwashed allies, adding new dynamics to the battlefield. Prepare to deploy to the outer planets and confront this escalating threat in one of the biggest updates to date.
Illuminate faction
With this update, we will be able to fight against a new faction called the Illuminate, which uses new in-game mechanics such as teleportation, as well as other well-known mechanics like shields and powerful machines.
Fast Recon Vehicle
Finally, you will be able to move quickly across the battlefield using this new vehicle. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to fire from a mounted gun on the roof. (Is Arrowhead trying to create their own version of Battlefield, but with democracy and aliens?)
Colonies missions
It’s really starting to feel like the Battlefield we deserve. Now, you can fight the enemies of democracy not only on empty fields but also in urban environments - perfect for delivering more freedom per square meter! After all, every urban block deserves a healthy dose of liberating firepower!
