Description
Street Fighter 6 is a highly anticipated 2023 fighting game developed and published by Capcom. It's the seventh main installment in the iconic Street Fighter franchise and was officially announced in February 2022. The game was released on June 2, 2023, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. An arcade version of the game is also planned for release by Taito later in the same year. In addition to the game release, a prequel comic book series was unveiled in September 2022. Street Fighter 6 is built on the RE Engine and offers various exciting features, including cross-platform play and rollback netcode. It introduces three primary game modes: Fighting Ground, World Tour, and Battle Hub. Fighting Ground encompasses local and online versus battles, training, and arcade modes with the classic 2D fighting gameplay fans love. World Tour is a single-player story mode that lets players explore 3D environments and engage in action-adventure gameplay.
